Welcome to Happy Hookie. These Terms of Service ("Terms") outline the rules and guidelines for using our website and purchasing our digital products. By accessing or using our site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

1. Overview

Happy Hookie sells digital crochet patterns designed for personal use and small-batch handmade sales. All products are delivered as instant downloads upon purchase. There are no physical items shipped.

2. Digital Product Policy

All crochet patterns are PDF downloads. You will receive a download link by email immediately after purchase. Because of the nature of digital products, all sales are final and we are unable to offer refunds. You can read the full refund policy here.

3. Usage Rights

Purchased patterns are for your own use. You may:

  • Make as many items as you like for yourself, your family, and friends
  • Sell finished handmade items you have made by hand from the pattern, at markets, fairs, or your own small shop, with a credit to "Pattern by Happy Hookie" 💛

You may not:

  • Resell, share, repost, or redistribute the PDF file in any form
  • Mass produce items from the pattern using machines or factories
  • Translate, reformat, or republish the pattern as your own

4. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, written instructions, and content on this site are the intellectual property of Happy Hookie. Unauthorized use or copying is not permitted.

5. Payment and Pricing

Prices are listed in EUR (€) and may be shown in your local currency at checkout. We reserve the right to update prices or products at any time without prior notice.

6. Account and Downloads

Once your order is placed, please download and save your files somewhere safe (your laptop, your cloud drive, or a printed copy in a binder are all lovely options). Please back up your patterns, because lost files cannot always be recovered. If you do hit a snag, send a note and we will do our best to help.
