How do I receive my digital downloads?

You will get a confirmation email right after your order goes through. A minute or two later, a second email lands with your download link. One click, and your pattern is yours to keep on your phone, tablet, or laptop. ☕

If that second email is playing hide and seek, peek inside your spam or promotions folder. Gmail loves to tuck things away in there. Still cannot find it? Send me a note on the contact page and I will sort it out for you the same day I see it.

What file format are the patterns?

Every pattern in The Pattern Shop arrives as a clean, easy to read PDF. PDFs open on just about anything, your phone, your tablet, your laptop, or your library computer if that is where your quiet hour happens. ✨

Can I print the patterns at home?

Yes, please do. I design every PDF to print nicely on standard A4 or US Letter paper, in black and white or color, whatever your printer prefers. A lot of Hookies like to slip the pages into a binder so they can scribble notes in the margins. I love that. 🌼

What skill level are the patterns for?

Most of my patterns are written with confident beginners and improvers in mind. If you know your chains, single crochet, and double crochet, you can usually follow along. Each listing tells you the skill level up front, and I write the steps the way I would explain them at the kitchen table, slow and friendly, no shouting in ALL CAPS.

What languages are the patterns in?

All Happy Hookie patterns are written in English, using US crochet terms. If you crochet in UK terms, there is a quick conversion note inside each PDF so nothing gets lost in translation.

Can I sell the items I make from your patterns?

Yes, with a little love note attached. You are welcome to sell finished pieces you make by hand from my patterns at markets, fairs, or your own small shop. Please credit "Pattern by Happy Hookie" when you list them, and please do not resell, share, or repost the PDF itself. The pattern stays mine, the finished piece is yours to share. 💛

Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

Because the patterns are digital and delivered instantly, they are non-refundable once the download link has been sent. If something is wrong with your file or you cannot open it, please tell me on the contact page and I will make it right. You can read the full refund policy any time.

How do I join the Hookie Club?

The Hookie Club is my little newsletter family. You will hear from me on slow Saturday mornings and quiet Sunday nights, with new patterns, behind the scenes peeks, and the occasional Club-only freebie. You can join from the footer of any page, or pop your email into the sign up box on the home page. ☕
