Because every Happy Hookie pattern is a digital download that lands in your inbox the moment you order, I am not able to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the file has been sent. I want to be upfront about that so there are no surprises later. 🤍

Here are the small print bits in plain language:

Due to the digital nature of our crochet patterns, all sales are final.

Once a pattern is purchased and the download link has been delivered, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Please take a moment to read the product description, look at the photos, and check the skill level before checkout. Every listing tells you what you are getting and who the pattern is written for, so you can pick the one that fits your hook hand best.
